Early European specification E28 M5 – M88 motor; 5-speed; limited slip; Lachs Silver metallic (203 LACHSSILBER M.); anthracite Highland cloth (0186); no rear spoiler or M badging. Power Windows / locks / sunroof / mirrors all work like they should.
Japanese BMW tuner iDing Power mods & ECU. Discrete body-kit; Racing Dynamics wheels; tuner steering wheel; Recaro cloth sport seats (front; Alpine stereo. Big Brembo kit in front. Bilstein suspension (no self leveling)..
Recent service: fresh fuel / filters / oil change / transmission & differential fluids / brake flush / clutch master & slave cylinders / battery / Yokohama Advan Sport A/S+ 225/45×17.
Runs and drives well.
Issues: paint flaws on hood & roof; small crack on dash; AC does not blow cold; speedo inoperable (odo reports 140k kilometers); exhaust system (stainless + Alpina) showing it’s age.
