1995 Mitsubishi Pajero Mini with 87,000 miles / 140,114 km.
Runs and drives great. Powered by a 660cc 16-valve 4-cylinder (non-turbo) mated to a conventional 4×4 transfer case for 2WD / 4-high / 4-low and 5-speed manual transmission. Timing belt done at 130k km.
Interior is very clean with nice factory stereo / AC / good heater / power windows.
Exterior looks presentable however does have some rust – LR fender / lower rocker / and frame-rails adjacent to the rockers.
Neat rig – Mitsubishi’s answer to the Suzuki Jimny and similarly capable off road. Efficient for use around town and able to go 70PMH down the highway (at very high RPM…).
Great way to get out on the trails and fine alternative to a UTV / side by side. Lift kits and great selection of tires available for these.
Fair price for the utility and worthwhile project.
Here is an example of an earlier Pajero Mini which had similar rust. We spent about $800 for custom sliders and to repair the fender lips.
