Sold Bring a Trailer – 1983 Honda MVX250F
This is an interesting piece of Honda history. After abandoning 4-stroke engines in the 500GP class, Honda created a V-3 2-stroke NS500 in 1982 which Freddie Spencer took to the 1983 500cc GP World Championship. The MVX250F is a nod to the 500GP machine and Honda’s first multi-cylinder production 2-stroke. The unusual V-3 2-stroke layout was further refined and employed in the NS400R sport-bike to good effect.
This example is in fantastic condition – it starts right up and runs and rides excellent. Neat piece of 2-stroke race-replica history and in very nice shape for being 40 years old!
