1998 Honda Integra Type R (98 Spec R) DC2-1300580 ~86,400 miles (139,261 km). Japanese import – JDM / RHD.
Runs and drives excellent and looks very good. Upgraded exhaust manifold; carbon air intake; stainless exhaust; KTS coilover suspension; nice body-kit with larger front airdam; side skirts; rear bumper; factory Recaro seats and Type-R shift knob.
Engine / Driveline – excellent power; clutch / transmission steering / brakes / suspension all feel great. Currently has studless snow-tires.
Interior – looks very good with clean carpets, good upholstery; MOMO ‘Race’ steering wheel; nice dash; no unusual smells.
Exterior – looks fantastic overall; no rust and only a few small cracks on the front bumper and scrape on right side-skirt. Wheels have some average chips.
The DC2 ITR is powered by the B18C -1800cc DOHC VTEC with hand-polished ports. The chassis is strengthened and seam welded and extra braces. Torsen LSD is fitted and close-ratio gears. Unnecessary sound-deadening is removed and thinner windshield glass is used to reduce weight. Inside distinctive red Recaro seats are fitted as well as the distinctive Type R shift-knob.
More power / less weight / chassis tuning – the result is a FF canyon-carver par excellence.
Flaws: front bumper has some cracks and paint loss; scratch on right rocker; no stereo.
