1984 Autobianchi A112 – ZAA112B0001457523. Nice little car with 66,200 miles (106,775 km) recorded.
Engine / drivetrain – Abarth 1050cc 70Hp (block casting A112 AB); Abarth induction; Abarth valve cover; Abarth oil filler; remote oil filter; header. 5-speed manual transmission.
Interior – very nice with clean seats / dash / carpets; MOMO (Zagatodesign) steering wheel; MOMO shift knob. 7000RPM redline tach.
Exterior – Abarth Cromodora 13” wheels; fender flares.
Suspension – Koni shock absorbers with rear suspension handled by transverse elopes with helper coil-springs. Front has chassis reinforcement bars (see undercarriage photos).
This ‘version-6’ example of the Italy’s answer to the BMC Mini – starts / runs / drives very well and features a host performance upgrades. The homologation plate identifies it as an A112B1 (Elite / LX), it is now equipped with a 1050cc Abarth engine (AB block casting) with Abarth/Weber induction; Abarth branded valve cover and oil filler and external oil filter and a header. Suspension features Koni shocks, strengthened front suspension pickup points, and coil helper-springs in rear. Interior is very clean with uncracked dash, nice door panels and headliner, clean upholstery. Dash features a 7000RPM redline tachometer.
