1993 Mitsubishi Pajero XR-2/ZR(SS4).
Equipped with the excellent 2.8 liter 4M40 turbo-diesel and 5-speed transmission. This has the Super Select transfer case with 2WD / 4 high (on-road) / 4 high (locked center) / 4 low (crawling off-road). Runs and drives well and body and interior are presentable. AC blows cold. Studless snow tires. Annual inspection records to 70k kilometers.
Negatives – true mileage unknown but estimated ~100k kilometers (70k records & 30k on replacement speedo); tachometer intermittent; chassis corrosion.
Good value for the efficiency and utility of the diesel.
