1983 Mondial Quattrovalvole Coupe –  runs and drives very well with just over 47k miles. Steering / brakes / suspension all very good. Classic gated 5-speed shifter – transmission and clutch feel great. Has seen regular use over the years – recently installed Michelin TRX tires (2018 date code); upgraded fuse/relay block & service by Scuderia Rampante.

Exterior finished in Ferrari Racing Red Rosso Corsa – looks good but some signs of prior paintwork visible on close inspection (shown).

Interior – Tan leather seats / black dash are in very good condition showing only modest wear. Controls all in good shape. Carpets are clean.

The Mondial is an approachable car for the DIY crowd – parts are easy to source and the Ferrari DIY crowd is well-served on FerrariChat.

Having had a few Mondial / 308 / 348 back to 1999. The Mondial in general is a genuinely enjoyable car. This particular example runs and drives well and has a great look.

Imperfections (you knew this was coming)

• Exterior – body looks good but on close inspection a couple door dings, paint blending, rust bubbles (shown). Small chip / crack in rear window
• Interior – power windows are slow; AC does not blow cold; Sunroof moves to down-position however does not open fully (do not wish to push on it).
• Electronics – horn inoperable; trunk release and fuel release buttons (activate solenoids) don’t work (manual cable-pull to open).
• Engine – timing belt service not documented. New owner may choose to inspect & monitor or jump in…

Even with the above imperfections – this is an enjoyable car in it’s present state and great value for a driver-quality Ferrari.
