Toyota Celica GT-TS / TA64-0000032. One of 200 street cars constructed to homologate the Toyota Celica for WRC Group B rally. Powered by the 4T-GTEU – the Celica TCT was campaigned successfully by TTE (Toyota Team Europe) with particular success in the Rallye Côte d’Ivoire and Safari Rally where the Toyota’s RWD simplicity and rugged build suited the challenge.

This example has just 48k kilometers and has been off the road for years. Oil looked fresh when received, confirmed coolant also looked good so we plumbed in fuel and engine started right up. Interior is in serviceable condition. Body has assorted rust-holes and a small ding in back but the rare factory fiberglass fenders are in good shape. Restoration should be very straightforward and great way to get an honest Group B Rally car –  a worthwhile car to restore!!

No it’s in Europe now and will be restored by a company which help to start the TTE scene in Europe. (Belgium, Holvoet Toyota)
