Unusual vintage-style Mini built in the 1990’s in the style of the original Cooper S. These featired Longby Marcos in Japan to  Checker.  Rover Mini Cooper features Richard Longman tuned motors and retro taillights and grill; Corbeau seats; 10″ wheels with small flares.
