The ‘Iron Mask’ update to the DR30 Skyline features a distinctive appearance and noteworthy upgrades to the drivetrain. This RS-X Turbo C the FJ20DT turbo-intercooled engine producing 205hp mated to a 5-speed manual transmission driving the rear-wheels. With around 2700lb to move, this is fairly impressive power to weight for the era.
I personally inspected prior to purchase. Engine runs well, nice interior, clean body and paint. Overall nice inside and out. A couple issues to note – rear power windows inoperable; audio inop; AC doesn’t blow cold; valve cover and intake repaint is ‘good’.
