1999 AMG Mercedes G55 – WDB4632411X116602 w/ 107,300 mi (173k km).
Finished in Obsidian Black Metallic with black leather seats. This is an unusual early Mercedes-AMG version of pre MBUSA Gwagen delivered from the factory with the AMG 5.5 liter V8 113.982, one of the most respected engines of the early AMG era. In naturally aspirated form the G55 produced approximately 349–354 horsepower, paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive.
The G55 AMG represented the top performance variant of the G-Class during the early W463 period and remains far less common than standard G500 models. These trucks combine the traditional G-wagen ladder-frame chassis and locking differentials with AMG performance and styling.

Mechanically the truck runs strong and drives as expected. The V8 starts easily and delivers the strong mid-range torque typical of the AMG M113 platform.
Exterior paint and body present well overall with normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. Frame and underbody appear solid.
A desirable early AMG G-Class combining classic W463 design with one of AMG’s most durable V8 engines.
