1998 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter / 321D Rimor Camper w/ ~47k miles (75,368 km). Italian camper on the early Sprinter chassis – RHD / 🇯🇵 import.
Equipped with a 2.9 liter intercooled turbo-diesel (OM602) mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission and rear wheel drive.
New – Bosch battery; 225/70R15 General Grabber A/TX; oil and filter; fuel filter; front & rear brake-rotors; propane tank.
House systems include deep cycle house battery; Inverter; Electrolux refrigerator; SMEV cooktop; Truma boiler; Trumatic furnace; Thetford cassette toilet. Heater works well.
Runs and drives well and looks good inside and out. Interior is well laid out with settee on each side; lots of cabinets; fold-down bunk on the left-side and lots of room for sleeping – above the cab / bunk / settee. Good utility and efficiency here and great rig for getting out for 4-season camping.
Modest wear for the year and mileage and attractive price-point compared to a more modern Sprinter conversion van or VW Westfalia or the Airstream Sprinters which were sold in the early 2000’s.r the more expensive Winebago Revel vans.
