Toyota Celica GT Rally / 2000 GT chassis code RA45. Limited production (663) to homologate the Celica for gr.4 competition. These were primarily campaigned by TTE (Toyota Team Europe) and were durable and competitive helping Toyota prepare for their exceptional Rally competition victories into the early 1990’s. Equipped with the legendary DOHC 2.0 liter 18R-GEU (fuel injected). As with the 1960’s 2000GT this was a joint effort between Toyota and Yamaha.
Exceptional condition with 47k kilometers (~29k miles) on the odometer. Will put some miles on over the Summer and plan to visit Torrance / Long Beach for a couple events – share the love for 1970’s and 1980’s JDM cars.
