This 1993 Nissan President JS offers power, comfort, and luxury with plenty of unique features.

This President has gone a remarkable 42,200 kilometers (26,200 miles) since new and shows like it! It was given a grade 4 rating at auction in Japan and certainly shows like it!

The exterior is in beautiful shape, with the paint showing beautifully. There are a few minor flaws throughout (see pictures) but it’s pretty hard to find fault with it. It has clearly been well cared for throughout its life. The unique blue badges are a neat touch that matches the key.

The interior is remarkable, with the Connolly leather remaining supple and in great shape. It includes a Connolly leather pillow for the rear seats along with lace covers for every seat. It has a hilariously old school radio with a built-in TV tuner and GPS system (see the massive antennas on the rear windows and trunk lid) which could probably use some updating. Fun features include reclining rear seats, rear seat controls for the passenger seat (with power folding headrest), heated rear seats, and even controls for the AC and radio in the rear center console.

It’s a remarkably calm and comfortable car to drive, with quietness and smoothness close to a modern S-Class. Its flaws are minimal, but it’s not perfect. There are some small cosmetic flaws outside (see the pictures). There are a couple minor stains inside. The AC blows, but not cold (either that or I haven’t figured out the climate control panel yet). There is a very minor shake under braking from warped front rotors. Beyond these easily addressed issues, it is quite a remarkable example of the breed that anyone would be proud to own.
