Zimmer Quicksilver – interesting limited production car based on the Pontiac Fiero – nearly $55k when new. Palm Springs car prior to long term ownership by The Godfather here in Seattle.

Exterior: Originally white, repainted red then yellow wrap shown here. Looks good but some areas where red paint is visible under the wrap.

Interior; redone with yellow and black vinyl. Presentable condition with some modest peeling.

Problems: rear trunk electronic latch inoperable; front hood release cable loose; door locks missing; assorted wear and tear as expected from a 34 year old vehicle.

1980’s Opulence, Garish? Yes. Luxurious? No. Conversation starter? Of course! If you’re looking for something different with simple to service GM drive-train, maybe this is the car for you.
