1984 Nissan 300ZX Turbo – 50th Anniversary Edition – JN1CZ14S4EX013548 / Model KHLZ31XTUGL5W.

Originally purchased by the consignor’s father. Upon his passing, this Z car was sold outside the family. Years later was tracked-down couple hundred miles away in SW Washington and repurchased. Now reporting 69,633 miles.

Turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 runs great. 5-speed manual transmission shifts like it should. Great driving dynamics with good brakes & steering. Interior is very nice with unique trim for the 50th Anniversary. Of course one can’t miss the peak-1980’s digital dash with g-force meter. Other assorted “Nissan 50th Anniversary” commemorative badging and other unique features like fender flares front and rear and gold-trimmed turbine alloy wheels. Door rubber and T-top seals and drains are nice reflecting the care the car has received over the years.

Includes the original gold key but not the factory car-cover (aftermarket cover included in sale). This is a 37 year old vehicle which has not been restored so there are some imperfections.

Shortcomings – dash rarely cuts out – particularly fuel-gauge. Decal on rear bumper peeling. AC inoperable. Aftermarket stereo (orig. not included). Small small rust-bubbles on underside of rear hatch (shown). Timing chain has not been changed.
